"GRANT STAFFORD,
Grant has helped me from "just dealing with, to convercing with customer service." I've done my share of customer service on the phone, and will be the first to say, it is a difficult line of work. I admittedly have "just hung up" after waiting on hold for unreasonable amounts of time, to be disrespected by an employee who you have faith is answering to assist you with your needs!
It's disheartening to think that we are being forced to deal with a system so unrelenting, uncaring and/or not capable of helping/assist us in a human nature of any sort.
ALL THAT BEING SAID!
I speak with great respect in stating that State Farm has a system in place that still recognizes that people need human connection, things to be explained (sometimes more than once) and to be recognized as being human, not just another call.
In less than a week, getting the assistance I needed through Grant following up with me, I canceled my insurance with a company that has treated me like a "fish in the sea", getting a different person every time I called with the same issue, not recognized on any level as a customer paying $1000's in less than 6 months to their company to be insured, having to explain numerous times why I was calling, never getting what I was in desperate need of?
From unacceptable to exceptional!
I feel it very necessary to recognize Grant Stafford, an employee of State Farm Insurance, as going above and beyond, his willingness to explain in detail, call me to check in as I had requested, walking me through my coverages, answering all my questions and electronically signing papers, something I had never done. Grant has gone out of his way, taking more time then necessary, hearing my frustration and what I had been dealing with in multiple other companies
A kind, concerned person who patiently listened to, and explained in detail, more than once as I asked many questions, spending an immense amount of time after a (not at fault) accident I was in and was swarming with information and my vehicle not being handled 4 months after an accident.
Thank you Grant, for your patience, kindness and walking me through an enlightening lesson that there are still companies who see the human, not just another customer!

"On 25 July 2025 my Dodge Charger was totaled and a claim was processed by State Farm. On 2 July 2026 while filing a claim for my other vehicle I noticed that the Dodge Charger was still on my policy. I immediately contacted State Farm to ask why this happened and to get a refund. I am a Retired Disabled Combat Veteran with PTSD and TBI (traumatic brain injury). I constantly write down my conversations with various businesses to aid my TBI and my memory. I specifically asked State Farm if the Dodge Charger would be taken off my policy. The representative stated yes. I have attached the most recent emails sent and received from State Farm. These emails show specifically how State Farm treats Disabled Veterans. To charge a Disabled Veteran for a vehicle that State Farm acknowledged was totaled is reprehensible. To then refuse to refund the obvious mistake is worse! I cannot believe State Farm would do this to a Disabled Retired Combat Veteran!"
