After everything was done, I ended up saving hundreds, even with the addition of another vehicle. I highly recommend Grant from State Farm. (I never asked him if he wears khakis)"

"Horrible customer service. Agents are rude and seemingly incompetent. No one can give you a straight answer and generally, they seem indifferent to the needs of customers. I HAD to call the office to confirm that important documents that were mailed were received. The office had no clue if the documents had been received and did not start processing the documents until I called. When I asked if they followed up with their clients to advise them of the next steps and confirm receipt of important information. Alex’s response was, “We do not do that.” It was apparent that if I had not called nothing would have happened. So happy I took my business elsewhere. Working on the exec team in investor relations myself, where our business is dependent on serving our clients I could not imagine being so unprofessional."
