"Working with Grant was great; he made insurance a bit more understandable. Grant was on top of things from beginning to end. While working through the applications for insurance the office closed, but Grant forged on at least an hour beyond closing without rushing me to get the information. My previous insurance company had fairly competitive rates, but I never felt that I had an agent assigned to me. It was a challenge to get someone on the phone. Not so with Grant. Amicability in a business transaction is just a bonus to the fact that he saved me quite a bit of money."
